Hello I’m back to blogging again – I’ve been pretty busy with orders lately, sorry for neglecting my website haha.

Last 2 weeks, I had a request for a custom order: to make some miniature Quran books and Mosques.
This is a rather interesting custom, because most of my custom orders are all food related stuff LOL. I was told that these are Quran books and mosques are for herself, a psychologist that works with refugees…I heard she uses these miniatures for sandplay therapy, and these miniatures are used to depict the Muslim faith. Another reason I love working on custom work is that I get to learn a lot of new things about different careers, or just a new knowledge on something random.

I used to make miniature books last time, like way way way back (about 4 years ago) and I focused on food miniatures 🙂 I miss making all kinds of random stuffs and I’m grateful for this custom order!

So I was supposed to finish this order on Thursday but I’ve forgotten about it (too much work to handle, woops!) Rushed these miniatures on a Friday night, which I was preparing for my art market on the next day… It was, cray cray madness haha. Managed to sleep at 4am (oh thank you lord!) At least I get to sleep! 🙂

Here are some pictures for the minis I’ve made:

I’m glad I did this, and I’m glad my client likes it 🙂
Can’t wait for more customs to come!

TILL THEN 🙂
